Anxiety can negatively impact many areas of your life including your health, work life and relationships. The intensity and lack of control you may experience can be destructive and exhausting. According to the Anxiety Association of Canada, it is “the most common mental illness in our country and one in four Canadians will struggle with anxiety in their lifetime”. Although anxiety and stress are very prevalent today, it does not have to control your life. I have worked with a range of clients experiencing anxious thoughts that are debilitating to their personal lives as well as athletes and business executives facing high levels of acute stress.

Through counselling together, we can work towards:
